ROLL CALL JFT FAM!!
Tomorrow is the big day!! We’re all so excited and we’re pretty much wrapping up here!! In a few hours we’ll be heading to the venue to start decorating and setting up! We’re so excited most of us had a difficult time falling asleep!
First off, thank you so much everyone for supporting us, you’ve made this dream come true and we’re super stoked to see you all! A few reminders:
- Headphones! If you’re gonna play on the machine, it would be best to bring your headphones so you can focus on the game and during Touching Sound so we can respect everyone and we all can enjoy what we’re doing!
- Please bring cash if possible. It will be easier on everyone, especially for purchases of items and drinks!
Everyone will receive a yearbook with the programme, but there will be some changes depending on what time things may end, but this is the general scheduling:
2:00 PM: Just For Today Begins (Doors open)
3:00 PM: Touching Sound: Technika Documentary
4:15 PM: Q&A Panel with Guests of Honor
4:45 PM: Thank You Presentation & Raffles
6:30 PM: KITCHENCORE
10:00 PM: Just For Today Ends
We will have the Technika machines running the entire event!
Those who missed out on online registrations, don’t fret! You’re still able to attend for just $5 at the door! Try not too get there too late as we close the doors at 6PM!
Just a reminder on a couple of house rules:
- Please bring your ID as we will use this to verify your age and your name if you registered online.
- NO ATM AVAILABLE. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
- NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD PERIOD. Food is provided by the JFT Crew. Drinks are available at the bar. There will be a water dispenser available.
- NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS. We will have security on premises during the event. Party Pooping is strictly prohibited.
- NO VAPING OR SMOKING INSIDE THE VENUE
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON THE TECHNIKA MACHINES
- Drink responsibly. Don’t be a dick.
- We reserve the right to remove you from the premise.
- Respect Venue and Have fun!
